1. ACCEPTANCE
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern access and use of the LokAlGrow platform at lokalgrow.com, which offers a flash coupon service for local businesses and a points program for buyers.
Using the platform implies full acceptance of these T&C.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
LokAlGrow is a digital platform that facilitates:
For buyers:
- Reservation of products or services with discount offers at local businesses
- Accumulation of points redeemable for rewards (hotel stays with full board, dinners, experiences)
- Rewards do NOT include transportation or flights
For businesses:
- Publication of products/services as an online showcase
- Flash offers of limited duration (24, 48 or 72 hours)
- Referral program: additional points when the business completes its first verified ticket
3. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
To access full functionalities, you must create an account. The user agrees to:
- Provide truthful, updated and complete data
- Maintain confidentiality of credentials
- Immediately notify any unauthorized use
- Not create more than one account per person or entity
LokAlGrow reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these T&C.
4. CONDITIONS FOR BUYERS
- Free registration: Access to offers and points program is completely free
- Coupon activation: Each coupon has limited duration (24, 48 or 72 hours)
- Points: No expiration date. No monetary value. Only redeemable for catalog rewards
- Rewards: Full board stays at selected establishments. Do not include transport, flights or additional expenses
5. CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESSES
- Free registration: Directory listing with no lock-in period
- Offer publication: Business freely determines discount, duration and conditions
- Truthfulness: Business guarantees discounts are real and without hidden conditions
- Responsibility: Business is responsible for fulfilling offers. LokAlGrow assumes no responsibility for execution
6. APPLICABLE LAW
These T&C are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be submitted to the corresponding Courts according to consumer protection regulations.
